(1 months ago) I don't think it is possible. however, if you just search for yes i do, ngrams will include results with commas, because google normally (and sadly) just ignores all punctuation in its search results.when i try this search phrase, i see only results with the comma there, so in practice this should not be a real problem for your particular search.
